Tricia Friedman (she/her) is a former IB MYP/DP educator and founder of the Be a Better Ally podcast. She currently consults for Shifting Schools and resides in British Columbia. Learn more about Tricia

Kyoung Mi Choi (she/her or they/them) is an Associate Professor of Counseling Education at San José State University, California. In her private practice, Kyoung Mi supports cross-cultural couples and families in cultivating loving relationships and mutual understanding. Nate Lyon (he/him) is a 4th grade teacher and middle grade writer in Chicago, Illinois. He is passionate about making his classroom and school a safe and inclusive space for all kids, and he has presented on LGBTQ+ inclusion for several online education conferences. Learn more about Nate
